Every Alloy. Certified Before It Enters the Furnace.

Grey iron, ductile iron, aluminium alloys, and non-ferrous metals — each batch arrives with a mill certificate and is tested on-site before production begins. No unverified metal runs.

Material Specifications by Grade

Spec data is drawn from IS, ASTM, and EN standards. Buyers can cross-check grades against their own drawing requirements before submitting an enquiry.

Grey Cast Iron
Ductile Iron
Aluminium Alloys

IS 210 / ASTM A48

IS 1865 / ASTM A536

IS 617 / EN 1706

Grades FG 150 to FG 350. High compressive strength, good machinability. Used in pump bodies, valve housings, and machine bases.

Grades 400/12, 500/7, 600/3. High tensile strength and ductility. Suited for automotive brackets, gearbox housings, and hydraulic components.

LM2, LM6, LM25 and equivalents. Low density with good corrosion resistance. Applied in impellers, covers, and lightweight structural castings.

Mill certificate and spectrometer report included with every lot.

Composition report dispatched with every shipment at no additional charge.

Incoming billet tested by spectrometer before charge preparation.

+ Documentation Standard

Paperwork ships with the parts. Every time.

Incoming material is logged against its mill certificate before the furnace is charged. The record stays with the batch through pouring, inspection, and dispatch.

On-Site Spectrometer Verification

Composition Report With Every Delivery

Composition is confirmed on our own spectrometer before the charge is prepared. Discrepancies against the mill certificate stop the batch — not the shipment.

A full composition report is included in every outbound shipment at no extra cost. Buyers get the data needed to close their own incoming inspection without a back-and-forth.

Every incoming heat arrives with a supplier mill certificate. Lot number, heat number, and chemical composition are logged before unloading.
